Nutrients removal from wastewater has become highly demanded, especially if treated water is discharged to a water body. These substances cause catastrophic damages to aquatic environments and have a very negative impact on aquatic life. They can cause health risks to humans, as well.
REŠETILOVS offers WWTPs with the time-proven technologies and the efficient designs for Nitrogen removal from 0.6 m3/day (PE 3) and for phosphorus removal from 30 m3/day (PE 150), both up to 20,000 m3/day (PE 100,000). It means that already wastewater from a single family home can have Nitrogen removal.
Besides new complete WWTPs, we can provide upgrade technologies for the existing plants to meet new more stringent requirements on the treatment level to be achieved.
The example of a small capacity Plant is the new one individually developed, produced and already shipped for a housing development near a bay in the State of Missouri, USA. This WWTP, with capacity of 60 m3/day, will ensure not only basic biological treatment but also nutrients removal, both nitrogen and phosphorus.
